The golf course

The Ruhpolding Golf Club is located in the heart of the Chiemgau Alps and is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Bavaria. The 18-hole championship course (par 72) covers around 84 hectares and is embedded in an idyllic landscape of meadows, ponds, streams and old trees. The holes are varied: open fairways alternate with narrow aisles through groups of trees, water hazards and strategically placed bunkers demand precise play. The highlight is hole 13, a par 5 with a length of over 570 meters, which challenges even experienced golfers.

Thanks to its sheltered valley location, Ruhpolding enjoys a mild, sunny climate that provides pleasant playing conditions almost all year round. In addition to the course, the club offers spacious practice facilities with a driving range, short course and putting greens, a pro store and a cozy club restaurant with a view of the surrounding mountains.
