The golf course

The Sterngartl Golf Club is located in the Upper Austrian Mühlviertel at around 600 meters above sea level and offers an 18-hole championship course with a par 70. The course is embedded in the gently undulating, natural landscape and is characterized by wooded areas, granite boulders, small watercourses and beautiful panoramic views. The terrain is varied, moderate in length, but challenging due to height differences, doglegs and obstacles. This results in a medium to demanding level of difficulty that requires precision and strategy. In addition to the course, there are spacious practice facilities with a driving range, putting and pitching green as well as practice bunkers.

Guests will find the "Waldinsel" restaurant in the clubhouse with a terrace and cozy atmosphere, as well as a pro store and rental facilities. The season usually runs from spring to late fall, and visitors are welcome at any time.
