Best Journey Time

The best time to travel to Styria depends largely on the activities you are planning. For hiking and nature lovers, the months from May to October are ideal, when the temperatures are pleasant and the landscape is in full bloom or in autumnal colors. Winter sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions in the alpine regions from December to March.
