Payments already made will be proportionally credited to the new membership. The term of the new membership starts from the day of the upgrade and is valid for 12 months. A downgrade (e.g., from Gold to Silver or to a free membership) is only possible after the current term expires. The original membership remains in place until the end of the agreed term.
  1. Contract Duration, Renewal, and Termination: Membership has a fixed term of 12 months, starting from the date of purchase. Without timely termination, the contract is automatically renewed for another 12 months. Termination must be made via the user account at least three months before the current contract term expires. If no timely termination occurs, the membership remains valid for another year.
