The Il Picciolo Golf Club is the first 18-hole golf course in Sicily (par 72) and is spectacularly situated on the slopes of Mount Etna. Designed in 1989 by renowned architect Luigi Rota Caremoli, the course runs for 5,870 meters through lava fields, vineyards and forests. The holes were sculpted directly from the lava rock and offer sporting variety with natural beauty. Facilities include a driving range, putting and pitching green as well as a pro store and clubhouse. The volcanic landscape makes every round an impressive experience - ideal for golf enthusiasts of all abilities.
